4th of July // 2016

Hey everyone! I hope you all have a blessed Fourth of July!! :D

Today as millions of Americans attend cookouts and watch fireworks, what are we ultimately celebrating?

Freedom. Independence. Love of country. Pride of being Americans. All good things, right?

But let's remember that we're celebrating our freedom from Great Britain's rule, many years ago. We aren't independent. We are and always will be dependent on God.

“Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”
-- John 15:4-5 KJV

Pray for our country today and always.

May we never forget the sacrifices made for our freedom. May we always remember what this great country was founded on. May God continue to bless America.

God Bless you all! <3
